
The Future Housing Coalition (FHC) is a new program hosted by Civic Results. Civic Results hosts ongoing workshops, gathering local elected officials, developers, planners, and other industry leaders, to work through complex local housing issues. The multi-phase workshops will produce a policy toolkit to help local governments frame their housing development.
The first workshop focused on Missing Middle housing and was held on October 25. We intend to rollout the first policy toolkit Summer 2025. Here are the four key outcomes for the toolkit:
