Civic Results Celebrates Graduation of the 2025/2026 Municipal Leadership Academy Cohort

DENVER, CO — Civic Results is proud to announce the graduation of the 2025/2026 cohort of the Municipal Leadership Academy (MLA). This statewide leadership program, now in its second full year, concluded on Friday, March 13, honoring fifteen elected officials who have dedicated the last eight months to strengthening their leadership skills and fostering cross-community collaboration.

Designed specifically for municipal elected officials, including mayors, council members, and trustees, MLA provided Colorado’s municipal leaders with in-depth training in essential policy areas, including economic development, housing, public safety, and water. By rotating sessions across the state, the program reflects Colorado’s geographic and cultural diversity while equipping leaders with the tools to solve complex challenges within their own jurisdictions.

“We are incredibly proud of this year’s graduates,” said Heidi Williams, President & CEO of Civic Results. “These leaders are on the forefront of the most pressing issues facing our state. By investing in their leadership and building a statewide network of peers, they are better prepared to lead with vision and effect meaningful change for the Coloradans they serve.”
